This role requires an individual who’s Hands-on and has practical approach with attention to detail. Must be able to Produce new initiatives/processes to improve on all-around effectiveness and performance.
You will be required to identify and scope opportunities for improvement/innovation; Ensure extensive testing of new and regular testing of existing solutions to ensure quality and accuracy of BI delivered
You will need to have extensive knowledge in CRM, service desk, product owners and Microsoft SQL Server 2016 and upwards.
