Description

Data Analysis: Extract data, re-arrange data, and report on data

  1. Extract data re-arrange data and report on data.
  2. To extract data at appropriate time levels, organize the data into appropriate categories and implement appropriate communication strategies with students.
  3. Will provide day-to-day administrative support to support teams associated with student experience through their learning journey.
  4. Report on trends from communication.
  5. Communicate appropriately at each stage of the student learning journey (SLJ) (using the Gantt chart as an indicator of the journey).

Implement appropriate communication strategy to new students (First CRM call)

  1. To call /email / Whatsapp students.
  2. Welcome and orientate students to the student experience.

Report on trends from communication

  1. Using the communication to students as a first touchpoint, indicate areas of risk and strengths and communicate accordingly to the manager and support departments.

Communicate appropriately at each stage of the student learning journey

  1. Report on the activity at each stage of the SLC.
  2. Make recommendations to enhance the SLC
  3. Using data, identify the risk at each point of the SLC,
  4. Identify at-risk students at each stage of the SLC and implement appropriate interventions.
  5. Work with support departments.
  6. Will play a key role in ensuring that all students achieve a first-class experience through their learning journey.

Support departmental and institution-wide events

  1. Participate in and support institution-wide events.
  2. Engage and assist in events.
  3. Working collaboratively with colleagues across all departments.
  4. To build effective internal working relationships across all levels of seniority and functions.
  5. Attends regular meetings with support staff and various team members to review upcoming issues, items, and training.

CRM/SIS

  1. Will administer the implementation of the RBS’s CRM/SIS strategies and practices.
  2. Ensures that the data in CRM/SIS is correct.
  3. Assesses various options for optimizing and customizing the system to help the system grow and evolve.
