Vansan SA specialises in the import and bulk supply of a variety of water pumps and related product ranges.
We are looking for a candidate with solid water pump knowledge and very strong administrative skills to become part of our admin team based in Rosslyn, Pretoria.
Daily correspondence with “Head Office” (warehouse) on progress of services and repairs as well as Client interaction (if and when required).
Follow up with technical team on progress made on booked in projects / jobs.
Typing up reports for further communication to Head Office, Suppliers and/or Clients.
Processing of job cards timeously.
Experience on SAGE300 will be highly beneficial.
Computer literacy is not negotiable.
Excellent communication skills with both co-workers and clients alike.
Proper language and grammar usage when writing up reports and emails.
