Description
Tracker requires the services of a Project Coordinator in the Development and Engineering department at our Centurion Regional Office. The incumbent will be responsible to coordinate activities throughout the project lifecycle meet goals by an assigned deadline. * Assist with compiling and updating of project plans and other project information and documentation * Collaborating with project teams and other departments to track and execute project plans, and the lower-level tasks * Help monitor progress, budget and hours and raise flags in agreed way, using agreed tools * Frequently communicating the status and other related project information  * Eliciting and managing project risks and any delivery blockers * Setting-up and maintaining regular project forums/meetings and taking minutes and action notes * Coordinating project transition to analysis, design, development, testing, training and rollout * Tracking the progress and quality of work being performed by the project team * Using project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans * Help the team to keep a project within the defined scope and objectives * Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests * Administrative tasks as required by above * Quality assurance of deliverables produced  * Ensure that the best practice processes and standards are followed * Resolve all customer queries efficiently, and within agreed timelines * Personal training and development that is aligned to the job profile * Relevant Degree of Diploma in Project Management or Relevant Work Experience required * Agile certification / experience advantageous * 2 years of related work experience in related business or IT * As per behavior skills/competencies above * Experience with MS Team Foundation Server (TFS) would be advantageous   * Experience with MS Office, including MS Project * Excellent analytical skills with an ability to translate complex data and document in a clear and concise manner * Strong relationship building skills with focus on the customer * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Strong organisation and planning skills  * Relevant Degree of Diploma in Project Management or Relevant Work Experience required * Agile certification / experience advantageous * 2 years of related work experience in related business or IT * As per behavior skills/competencies above * Experience with MS Team Foundation Server (TFS) would be advantageous   * Experience with MS Office, including MS Project * Excellent analytical skills with an ability to translate complex data and document in a clear and concise manner * Strong relationship building skills with focus on the customer * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Strong organisation and planning skills
