Description
A successful financial services company based in the Northern Suburbs is seeking to employ an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join their team. The main function of this role is general account administration in the following areas:
Skills & Requirements:



Relevant qualification


Relevant market experience


Proficient in MS Office


Experience in stockbroking or financial services industry


Experience with Investec Corporate Cash Management accounts


Experience with FSCA compliance


Excellent sense of ownership


Attention to detail


Must be able to perform well under pressure


Excellent oral, written communication skills, good presentation skills with focus on effective information dissemination


Excellent understanding of general office administration task


Analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to follow through processes to closure





Responsibilities:


Foreign exchange:




Opening of accounts


Allocating of deposits


Completing of relevant transactional documentation


Obtaining statements



Stockbroking services:



Opening of accounts


Allocating of deposits/withdrawals


Statement enquiries



General Office administration:




Assisting with compliance administration


General office administration


Monthly client invoicing


Compiling daily newsletters



Other:





General office administration assistance


Technical assistance for admin related queries on accounts


Billing & Invoice related activities


Coordinate & follow-up with multiple teams including clients and service providers


Meet time deadlines for accounts


Compliance assistance (administrative)
