My client, a well established retail outlet based in Grabouw is seeking to employ a Financial Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate must have at least a minimum of 2 - 3 years experience within a financial role (retail / supermarket preferrred). The role needs excellent client relationship and office administrative skills.
Duties include but not limited to:

General administration

Debtors and Creditors

Responsible for general filing

Serving customers and suppliers

Handling GRV invoices and returns


Fully Bilingual (Afrikaans and English)


Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word

Must be able to work under pressure

Good telephone and communication skills

Must be able to work independently

Attention to detail

HR and Retail experience will be an advantage

Hours are as follows: Monday - Thursday (7h30am – 5pm)Fridays - (7h00a - 5pm)Saturdays and Sundays - (7h00am - 5pm every second weekend) orSaturday (8h00am - 1pm) and Sunday off Salary on offer is between R8 000.00 - R10 000.00 Candidates must have their own vehicle.
