Management of working capital (cash flow) in collaboration with the Financial Manager.
Business administration: drive to improve efficiency in collaboration relevant managers.
Personnel Management: Company structure, provision and development of staff in collaboration with Human Resources division.
At least fifteen years of experience in a senior management role where performance has been measured at the achieving a fixed profit target.
