My client, a Freight Forwarding and Supply Chain company based in Stellenbosch is seeking to employ an Administration assistant to join their operations team. The successful candidate will have an accounting qualification and 1 - 2 years post qualification experience in an accounting role.
Duties will include:

Opening contracts on system.

Formation of physical contracts.

Sending out contracts to customers and suppliers.

Collection of unsigned contracts.

Management of monthly NEDBANK audit by means of collection of delivery notes (PODs) & storage of invoices as well as signed contracts.

Invoicing to customers.

Create new customers on system


Min tertiary Financial qualification

1 - 2 Years post qualification experience

Must be fully bilingual

Reside in the Western Cape
