Job description

Our Nomad Now Client, a holding company of a diverse group of agricultural companies, is seeking an operations coordinator with at least five years’ experience in general office administration or customer liaison.


  • At least five years’ experience in general office administration/customer liaison 
  • Proficiency on MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint etc.) 
  • Proficiency on Pastel accounting system 
  • Data processing experience (Access, Excel or another database platform) 
  • Database management programmes experience 
  • Experience in the agricultural industry such as nursery, farming, packhouse or import/export 
  • Customer service qualification/course (advantageous but not essential) 
  • Tertiary qualification 
  • Customer and service provider liaison for processing of orders 
  • Reconciliations 
  • Database management 
  • Implementation of licensing contracts 
  • Assist with reporting requirements 
  • Electronic filing and general administration
